Mini overboard!
I started painting miniatures a few years ago. It all started with the board game "Zombicide Season 1" (1st Edition) and continued with some other brd games I played and some
tabletop-miniatures.
Here you can see some of the boardgame miniatures I have painted.

Zombicide Invader
2022
Since my gaming partner and I liked Zombicide very much, the Kickstarter of Zombicide Invader was also supported directly. Thanks to the amount of miniatures, I looked for a way to paint them efficiently and quickly but still well. The result is a method based mostly on washes and drybrushing that lets me paint about 40 miniatures in a weekend. More figures are in the works.
Badlands
2022
My gaming partner and I love dystopias so this "Mad Max" style board game just had to be bought. Again, I painted the miniatures before the first match to surprise her. Since there are only two of us playing, only the miniatures for 2 of the possible 4 players have been painted so far.
Nemesis
2020
I backed this game directly on Kickstarter with the "Sundrop" option (a very simple painting of all miniatures), but I couldn't resist to repaint at least the 4 escape pods of the terrain expansion myself.
Warhammer Underworlds: Dreadfane
2020
A spin-off of the Warhammer Underworlds system as a standalone board game. Since I wanted to surprise my gaming partner, the figures were painted before our first match. Learned a lot of new things, such as color gradients.
Zombicide
2018
With the game "Zombicide" I started to paint miniatures and discovered the fun of it. Thanks to the many zombies, this game is ideal to take the first steps into the painting hobby.
Right over the tabletop
Miniatures of tabletop games like Warhammer AoS & Warhammer 40,000, painted by myself. Without the need to build an army or to play those tabletop games. If I like a miniature andwould like to paint it, (and if I have the chance to get it cheap) I will buy, build and paint it. That's it. :)
Here you'll find some of the tabletop miniatures I have painted.

Death Guard: Plague Champion Gangrus
2022 / Warhammer 40000
This is a model from the Space Marine Heroes Blind Box Series (Series 2). I tried to paint some light effects on this.
Placed 2 out of 8 in a special event online community painting competition.
Death Guard: Poxwalker II
2022 / Warhammer 40000
Painted as a planned entry for the special event online community painting competition but didn't use it.
Death Guard: Plague Rhino
2022 / Warhammer 40000
A customised troop transportation vehicle. Magnetised for different loadouts. I experimented with different painting techniques on this model and am quite happy with the result.
Placed 2 out of 16 in a monthly online community painting competition.
Terrain: Sector Fronteris / Ryza Ruins
2021 / Warhammer 40000
Terrain from an old edition of Kill Team. The pictures show a selection of painted terrain parts and not the complete (but also painted) terrain.
Deathwatch I
2021 / Warhammer 40000
A Deathwatch Veteran.
Death Guard: Myphitic Blight Hauler
2021 / Warhammer 40000

Death Guard: Plague Marines II

Another set of Plague Marines. First time use of pigments.
Supplies
2021 - 2020 / Warhammer 40000
A few ammunition boxes and barrels for more variety on the battlefield.
Munitorum Armoured Containers
2021 - 2020 / Warhammer 40000
I like these containers. It's fun to paint them and they can be used as terrain in many ways.
Stormcast: Knight Incantor
2020 / Warhammer Age of Sigmar
I happened to have this miniature floating around here, but since I don't play Age of Sigmar, I painted it right along with the Warhammer Underworlds: Dreadfane miniatures as an exercise.
Sector Imperialis Ruins
2020 - 2019 / Warhammer 40000: Kill Team (2018 Edition)
My first painted terrain set.
Tyranids: Genestealers
2020 / Warhammer 40000
A couple of Genestealers for a Kill Team 2018 team. As they all look very similar, I have photographed only two of them as examples. In total, eleven Genestealers were painted.
Death Guard: Plague Marine I
2020 / Warhammer 40000
My first Plague Marine (also from the First Strike Starter Box)
Death Guard: Poxwalkers I
2020 / Warhammer 40000
Six Death Guard Poxwalkers from the First Strike Starter Box
Da Red Gobbo
2019 / Warhammer 40000
A special Christmas miniature that I liked, so it had to be painted too. Coincidentally, there was also a painting competition for this miniature in a Warhammer store at the time, so I tried my luck straight away. I won first place.
Ultramarines: Space Marine Heroes Series 1
2019 / Warhammer 40000
Two Ultramarines from the "Space Marine Heroes" series 1. A blind box collectible series. Brother Captain Thassarius (on the left in the pictures) and Brother Sergeant Sevastus (on the right in the pictures).
Tyranids: Broodlord
2019 / Warhammer 40000
I painted the Broodlord for a Warhammer Store birthday event. I reached 3rd place in the painting competition,
Ultramarines: Intercessors
2019 / Warhammer 40000
Together with the Reivers, the first Space Marines I ever painted. They are from the First Strike Starter Box.
